How deposits work
Deposits on opatoto are straightforward. We do not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (your bank or digital wallet) may charge a small processing fee. This fee is set by your provider, not by opatoto. We have no control over it.
Withdrawal policy
To withdraw funds, go to the cashier, select "withdraw", choose your payment method, and enter the amount. We process withdrawals to the same method you used to deposit. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks to prevent fraud. This typically adds 24–48 hours to the process, though some withdrawals complete faster. During holidays or high-volume periods, withdrawals may take longer. We will not withdraw to a different account holder's name or bank account.
Your balance must be above any outstanding bonus or promotional playthrough requirement before you can withdraw. If you have active bonuses, the terms of that bonus apply first. Once the bonus requirement is met, your balance is free to withdraw.
Bonuses and promotional terms
